Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid: Office-based 3 days/week)

Language: Native-level English proficiency preferred

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PipeLaunch, you’ll be instrumental in driving our growth by generating new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for reaching out directly to prospects through proactive calls, and email campaigns, and leveraging the latest prospecting and outreach tools such as Lemlist and Instantly.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Leverage modern prospecting tools (Lemlist, Instantly) to streamline outreach and improve effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and status in CRM (Salesforce experience beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Prospect to companies based in the UK and the US
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align outreach strategy and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Development role.
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence in making cold calls and communicating effectively with prospects.
  • Familiarity with modern prospecting tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (native-level preferred).
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to contribute to a rapidly scaling startup environment.
  • Has prospected into UK and US markets

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or Salesforce-related solutions.
  • An understanding of the recruitment industry
