We are a leading pipeline generation company, specializing in sales-as-a-service. Our team thrives on driving growth for our clients through strategic outbound efforts and personalized sales approaches. We are looking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative at Pipeline Gurus, you will be responsible for strategic prospecting and engaging decision-makers across targeted industries. You will conduct comprehensive research about industries, personas, and companies to tailor our value proposition, creating compelling events through multiple outbound touch-points.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target companies, not just contacts, by researching industry trends, personas (including multiple stakeholders), and company-specific insights.

• Personalized Outreach: Develop a compelling value proposition and execute 8 strategic outbound touchpoints per contact across calls, emails, Linkedln, and WhatsApp.

• Competitor Analysis & Product Differentiation: Ability to perform competitor analysis and effectively differentiate our products and services on both technical and commercial levels.

• Account-Based Sales Expertise: Ability to assess why a product or service may or may not be a good fit for prospective clients.

• Master Conversational Skills: Conduct pain-probing conversations that lead to deeper understanding of potential clients' needs, focusing on questions and follow-ups rather than scripted pitches.

• Follow-Up Expertise: Use proactive follow-up techniques to maintain meaningful dialogue and drive conversions.

• HubSpot Proficiency: Efficiently manage leads, workflows, and sales activities in HubSpot, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-through.

• Hybrid Work Environment: Collaborate in-office 3 days a week and work remotely for 2 days.

  • Proven experience in a similar BDR role, with a focus on strategic prospecting and personalized outreach.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to engage multiple personas and stakeholders within a company.
  • Candidates must have a background in software sales.
