DocuSign is looking for a Pipeline Program Manager to drive the creation of outbound prospecting campaigns used at scale by our sales organization. In this role, you’ll create target contact lists and outreach messaging that will be used by sales and sales development teams to create, accelerate and expand pipeline for different sales motions. You will work with cross-functional go-to-market teams on defining world class strategies and programs to engage and convert prospects and customers. Your goal will be to identify the best way to drive impact, leveraging the work of the greater team to clearly articulate successes and failures and scale pilot programs.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, North America Marketing and is designated Flex.

Partner closely with internal sales, sales development, customer success, operations and enablement stakeholders to drive key initiatives and ensure timely delivery and execution of Pipeline Programs
- Align to key sales stakeholders and develop a process for campaign ideation, campaign creation, sales participation and expectation setting during planning stages

Create calendars with clear deliverables for teams to ensure campaign success

Develop a steady cadence of communication

Capture campaign feedback and report on campaign KPIs to sales and marketing stakeholders

Coordinate with the greater marketing team to ensure you are driving toward other marketing programs supporting similar targets, personas and industries

Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns and business opportunities for DocuSign, and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape
- Manage and optimize the program creation, execution and deployment process to ensure seamless execution

5+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience

Experience developing and delivering programs within a high velocity, shifting environment

Project management experience

Experience engaging senior Sales leaders in relevant conversations

Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Eloqua

5+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience in a field-facing role

Proficient in ability to work across the organization and a clear understanding of Sales processes

- Experience communicating with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically
- Self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”

This role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
Based on legislation in Washington state the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in Washington only: Washington pay range: $93,700 - $137,575 base salary
Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $100,000 - $157,950 base salary
