Plant Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of all aspects of office admin support
- Back up to Maintenance - Cycle counting, Stores Items
- Maintain document control within Sharesite system
- Assist with site personnel/site visitors’ travel arrangements, hospitality for internal/external meetings
- Quality Management Systems, all audits, implementing new procedures, attending monthly site meetings
- Travel and Expenses - Submit expense reports
- Ordering site consumables
- Maintain SAM Training system
- Manage offsite training
- Incoming and Outgoing posy
- Update site notice boards
- Skin Checks
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid GCSE and AS/A-Level results.
- Admin related working experience would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn new processes
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle confidential information
- Team Player
