RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration of all aspects of office admin support
Back up to Maintenance - Cycle counting, Stores Items
Maintain document control within Sharesite system
Assist with site personnel/site visitors’ travel arrangements, hospitality for internal/external meetings
Quality Management Systems, all audits, implementing new procedures, attending monthly site meetings
Travel and Expenses - Submit expense reports
Ordering site consumables
Maintain SAM Training system
Manage offsite training
Incoming and Outgoing posy
Update site notice boards
Skin Checks
