Our Plant Services Technician team members are responsible for a wide variety of routine cleaning and auditing production and facility spaces to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment to meet or exceed all regulatory and Pharmavite requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Responsible for maintaining a high level of product safety and quality through the cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment, utensils, and the facility.
Performs cleaning and sanitizing activities in a cGMP environment in support of packaging / manufacturing equipment, surfaces, and other site areas in accordance with the master sanitation schedule (MSS).
Operate machines needed to perform duties such as floor scrubber, pallet jack, scissor lift, water pressure systems.
As necessary perform general cleaning throughout the site including but not limited to walls, air vents, light fixtures, floors, restrooms, lunchrooms, and offices.
Follow all sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with the cGMP, USP and FDA requirements.

Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
Minimum of 1 year in sanitation or hospitality work experience.
High School diploma/GED or 9 years equivalency of work related experience.
Willing to accept change and work in a team-based environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read English sufficiently to understand operating procedures, label instructions for handling chemical cleaners and solvents, and SDS sheets.
Ability to work at different heights, climb ladders / stairs and assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning.

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range
$36,200.00 - $54,500.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.
Voluntary overtime requested by non-exempt employees must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor.
