The QA Coordinator II, is responsible for tracking, reviewing and evaluating all processing documents accompanying manufacture and packaging of products. Prepares final documents in order to process product disposition and assists QA Supervisors in providing support on the production floor & conducting GMP audits. The QA Coordinator II, reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
  • On time batch record release with 100% accuracy
  • Independently reviews and approves batch record documentation.
  • Investigates and documents non-conformance issues; Determines root cause and implements corrective and preventative actions.
  • Detailed auditing.
  • Identifies compliance gaps, and develops, writes, revises, and reviews procedures.

Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
  • One year experience in a FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in batch record release documentation review, QA, or equivalent.
  • Strong investigation skills.
  • Ability to advocate a quality environment.

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range
$48,300.00 - $72,500.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.
Voluntary overtime requested by non-exempt employees must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor.
