Platform Administrator

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large mortgage company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Platform Administrator to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

• Installing, configuring, and managing internal and customer-facing physical and virtual servers, supporting both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Administering and supporting core systems, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, as well as hosted cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and VMware.
• Administering software platforms including Office 365, printing, KACE (systems deployment tool) and other customer and user-related programs.
• Managing Windows server (2016+), Exchange Online, Office 365, domain-level management including AD, GP, DNS, LDAP, WSUS and patch management.
• Performing routine patching of company systems to ensure company security.
• Providing rotational after-hours support, as well as requiring some evening/weekend maintenance.
• Interacting with customers and staff at a technical expert.
• Maintaining knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an IT environment.

What you’ll bring

• Microsoft certifications (MCITP) or equivalent certifications in relevant programs preferred
• Cloud (Azure, AWS) certifications preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other conferencing platforms required
• Experience with SSL certificates
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to explain technical processes in a clear, easy to understand manner
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Adaptability and availability after hours as needed
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently
