Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Manager of Talent Resources to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team! This position will oversee the execution of the talent management universe strategy. What you'll be doing Leading and developing a team to ensue day-to-day talent acquisition activities are aligned with defined strategies. Creating and monitoring talent management performance/service level agreements and adjusting strategies and processes accordingly for continuous improvement. Creating an innovative strategy to proactively source experienced candidates through various sourcing channels (i.e. LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, professional and community organizations, etc.) and build pipelines of highly qualified candidates for our Operations and Corporate divisions. Partnering with hiring manages, members of the Talent Acquisition team and other lines of businesses to source and fill open positions. Managing job postings and candidate stages in the Applicant Tracking System. Reviewing applications/resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and communicating all interview logistics while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conducting regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining current knowledge of industry regulations, requirements, and trends. What you'll bring Experience sourcing and recruiting experienced candidates across the mortgage operations, real estate, and/or mortgage sales industries required A minimum of seven years' experience successfully recruiting professional candidates for all levels within an organization A minimum of five years' experience managing a high performing team Experience designing and executing creative recruiting and sourcing strategies and programs Professional human resources/talent acquisition certification preferredSalary Range:$150K -- $200KMinimum QualificationHR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
