Marketing Effort Optimization
The SVP of Consumer Growth and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing ourconsumer growth vision.From owning loyalty program strategies and running paid-media experiments to developing and executing segmented marketing campaigns, the SVP is tasked with optimizing existing acquisition channels and delivering a strategy to maximize consumer lifetime value.
Consumer Data Ownership
The SVP manages both competitive market data and first-party consumer data, staying ahead of industry trends and refining growth strategies through market research and competitive analysis. They also oversee the collection and analysis of consumer data to guide marketing strategies and cross-platform promotions.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
This leader sets key objectives for their team, regularly reports on marketing performance to the organization, and presents opportunities for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development
The SVP drives team performance by fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, growth, curiosity, and objectivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
The SVP of Consumer Growth and Marketing builds strong partnerships with product, engineering, finance, and other key departments to align growth initiatives with company goals, creating win-win outcomes that drive team and organizational success. They utilize cross-platform promotion effectively to drive consumer growth and overall ARPU.
