We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients at PlayOn. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Support department, ensuring that service levels, quality standards, and productivity targets are consistently met or exceeded. As a PlayOn Support Manager, you will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of agents to ensure optimal operation of our services.
THE OUTCOMES WE EXPECT.
• Manage a team of agents who provide support to schools, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive performance.
• Manage and develop a team of agents, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop individualized improvement plans as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of our support services.
• Identify opportunities to lessen ticket volume and equip client schools for better self service.
• Create and maintain reports and documentation related to department's performance.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on department performance.
