We're hiring a Global Field Support Advisor!About this positionEnsures that our Independent Distributors (also referred to as "Brand Ambassadors") are conducting their businesses within regulatory guidelines in addition to the Ambassador Agreement and the Company's policies and procedures (the "Policies"). This position performs duties including, but not limited to, receiving, confirming, contacting and resolving violations of the Policies, reviewing internal and Brand Ambassador marketing materials for compliance, gathering documents relating to legal matters, and assists other departments when needed.Who will love this job?• A people person, you are a customer-focused individual with an ability to understand others.• A problem solver, you ask the right questions to uncover root cause and can quickly iterate to a final, well-thought-out result.• An advisor, you build rapport by offering strategic value in every interaction. You are trusted internally by cross-functional partners, as well as externally by our customers, for your strategic inputs and compliance knowledge.What you'll do• You develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.• You respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and ethics by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.• You review internal and Brand Ambassador advertising materials for compliance.• You monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.• You attend interdepartmental meetings to be current on all market specific incentives and promotions.• You intercept high volume orders from Fraud department to prevent prohibited activity and disbursement of product.• You recommend and prepare content for Brand Ambassador Training based on trending issues.• You act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.• You collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.• You maintain the confidentiality of all information pertaining to legal and compliance issues.You should have• High School Diploma• You have 1 year of related experience with a focus in legal or compliance• You have the ability to work off-hours with occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.• You have knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations.• You have advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.• You have the ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.About PlexusFounded in gut health.
