Product Manager

• Take ownership of one of Plivo’s products to define a long-term roadmap.
• Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and support the product.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritise product stories in engineering sprints.
• Work closely with engineering teams on new features and critical bugs.
• Handle internal and external stakeholder management.
• Define and execute the product roadmap.
• Develop and conduct product training programs.

• Product Quality: Address bugs, ensure uptime, stability, and manage the testing process.
• Product Development: Focus on user experience, and work on new features and enhancements.
• P&L: Oversee pricing, packaging, and margins.
• Sustainability: Enable Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

• At least 4 years of overall experience, including 2 years of prior PM experience.
• A software development background is required.
• Experience working with REST APIs is a bonus.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and customer management.
