About the Role:


Reporting to our VP of Growth & Membership, we are looking for a senior marketing professional who brings strategic vision, excellent leadership and team management skills, and an analytical and results driven mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing on a cohesive and inspiring brand and marketing strategy, overseeing key marketing activities, including paid advertising, creative development, content marketing, and member communications.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. 
  • Create integrated marketing plans that encompass digital, social media, content, email, and traditional marketing channels.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of brand initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Oversee the creation of visually compelling and effective marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative agencies to maintain a consistent and innovative brand image.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and online advertising campaigns. 
  • Manage paid media campaigns and budget.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Content Strategy:

  • Develop a content strategy that positions the company as a thought leader in the telehealth space. 
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve marketing goals.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue: Drive measurable revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Conversion: Optimize conversion rates at various stages of the customer journey.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Manage and optimize marketing spend to achieve cost-effective customer acquisition.

Must-Haves:

  • Deep understanding of the trans and nonbinary community.
  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader with a focus on driving revenue growth, ideally in a telehealth and/or direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Strong skills as an operator, able to execute on strategy with limited resources in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and a commitment to brand consistency.
  • Experience in content marketing and developing engaging, high-quality content.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on key performance metrics.

$155,000 - $172,000 a year

Anticipated closing date for this role will be June 28th, 2024.
