Apply now and make your mark with PMG!Digital Marketing Analyst (hybrid-remote)2845 W 7th St, Fort Worth, TX 76107Responsibilities:• Support the overall performance and measurement strategy for PMG clients• Scope and develop analytics products for utilization by PMG clients and internal teams.• Design and develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and analyses, and provide actionable insights and budget optimization recommendations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement frameworks, establish data collection processes, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.• Partner with customers, understand their challenges and needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.• Utilize Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) insights to guide budget forecasting and ensure marketing investments are strategically allocated across channels to maximize ROI.• Conduct statistical analysis, including techniques such as causal impact analysis and diminishing return analysis, to derive actionable insights from marketing performance data. Collaborate with data scientists to design and build robust measurement solutions.• Plan and execute projects, define project scope, set realistic timelines, and create project plans. Identify risk and steps for mitigation.• Provide support onboarding, training and mentorship for junior analysts.• Conduct analysis to address key customer business questions.• Implement data management best practices and understand why to follow them.• Identify and diagnose common data issues such as data inconsistencies, missing values or anomalies.• Develop clear and concise documentation for teams to follow on best practices around data product utilization and interpretation.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field of study• Three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation.Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S. Full time.
