Podium is seeking a Field Customer Success Manager I to own the success and health for a segment of small business customers in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The role involves developing strategies to increase engagement, delight customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Visit customers onsite to establish stronger relationships and gain insights into operational dynamics
Act as primary post-sales point of contact for small business customers
Drive product adoption and utilization of Podium products
Help customers achieve maximum value and business objectives
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Proactively engage with customers to secure renewals and drive retention
Develop understanding of each customer's business objectives and challenges
Conduct check-ins, address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a customer advocate
