Responsibilities
Visit customers onsite to establish stronger relationships and gain insights into operational dynamics
Act as primary post-sales point of contact for small business customers
Drive product adoption and utilization of Podium products
Help customers achieve maximum value and business objectives
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Proactively engage with customers to secure renewals and drive retention
Develop understanding of each customer's business objectives and challenges
Conduct check-ins, address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a customer advocate
Education
1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
