PolicyMe is looking to grow its business operations (”BizOps”) function. To help lead this growth, PolicyMe is seeking a motivated Director to join our team! In this role, you will work across the entire business driving progress on the main strategic priorities of the business. At present, a major focus of this role will be organizing and managing several ongoing strategic partners however as the priorities and focus of the business grow and adapt, so will the work required!
What you'll be doing:- Project planning and ownership: Refine and own project plans, ensuring a clear definition of milestones / key deliverables and keeping stakeholders accountable on delivery.
- Liaison and trust builder: Serve as the eyes and ears of PolicyMe within partner organizations - fostering trust, identifying opportunities, and understanding key pain points.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with PolicyMe teams to ensure timelines are on track for various partner-build aspects, such as Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, Growth, etc.
- Steering committee management: Own and manage Partner Steering Committees, serving as the primary point of contact for PolicyMe with these clients.
- Provide innovative strategies: Delve into our product offerings and competitive landscape, providing innovative ideas and critical thinking to devise strategies to achieve fast market success.
- Strategic roadmap development: Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Operations, COO, and CEO to ensure a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
What we are looking for:- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or start-up environments.
- A business or analytical background with strong decision-making and ambiguous problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with a fun and confident demeanor while emphasizing good judgment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong work ethic, determination, and a sense of urgency to exceed expectations.
- Strategy and execution capabilities, showcasing the ability to come up with the strategy but also to execute on it. As a nimble team, you will be in charge of both components.
