As the Manager of Learning & Development at Pontera, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our organization's knowledge and skills. In this role, you will be the foundational L&D team member responsible for identifying training needs, designing educational programs, and facilitating engaging learning experiences. You will partner closely with our teams and managers across the organization to ensure that all training and development initiatives align with our business goals and contribute to our culture of continuous learning and improvement. As Pontera scales our team significantly throughout 2024 and beyond, Learning & Development will be a key strategic function that boosts our employees’ professional development and drives our collective success.
