Contract Spa/Hot tub Specialist - Bluffton, SC

Year Round Pool, a Pool Troopers company, is seeking a career minded individual looking to join a winning team.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, courteous and polite individual for an entry level spa valet position. This would be a prime position for someone looking to supplement income. Pool and spa knowledge is a plus, but not necessary for fast learners. This team member must be a self-motivated, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and see tasks through and to completion resulting in total customer satisfaction.

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Carry out off-site inspections for spa deliveries – take photographs of delivery path, measure openings and complete rudimentary drawings to illustrate spa location and delivery details.

2. Install spa components: cover lifts, steps, salt system and other spa related items. (Training will be provided however some technical knowledge is preferred)

3. Coordinate and work with spa delivery crews to ensure flawless delivery. (Make sure spa is set in place per customer’s desire.)

4. Conduct a customer orientation - teaching customer how to use the spa and how to take care and maintain all systems. Work may be required some nights and weekends.

5. Stay in contact with customers and provide customer support and answer questions as they arise.

• High school or equivalent
• Some electrical/mechanical knowledge preferred
• Driver's license with 3 years of clean history
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable Transportation to work: 386 Buck Island Rd, Bluffton, SC 29910
• Pool chemical knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Contract work ~ 10-15 hrs/week- fluctuating
• Typically Monday to Friday Between 9am-6pm

Pay: $100 Per Contract/job
