Manager - Internal Communications

PosiGen is a rapidly growing residential solar company focused on making Solar For ALL accessible to everyone. We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to develop and execute a dynamic internal communications strategy that enhances employee engagement and channels the voice and vision of our leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop internal communication strategy in partnership with senior leaders
Manage content for the company intranet
Collaborate on key initiatives like Employee Engagement and DEI&B
Lead internal communication campaigns and materials
Build processes and identify effective communication channels

Education

BA/BSc Degree in Communication, Marketing, HR, or related field
Master’s in Communications or MBA preferred
