What You’ll Do:


We are looking for an experienced and passionate Casting Associate with stellar outreach and communication skills to work in tandem with our Casting Director. In this role you’ll identify and book digital creators with mid to high level social followings to kick off our content initiatives across TikTok and beyond. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong knowledge of emerging platforms and established ones, and with connections to various creators and their representatives, as well as experience working on branded content. An understanding and vision of how to align talent with brand-specific messaging is imperative.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Researching digital creators that align with the brand's messaging to build preliminary talent pitch lists and writing detailed client-facing bios and pitch sheets on prospective talent
  • Communicating with the Casting Director and colleagues company-wide regarding any pertinent updates
  • Tracking and building a strong awareness around viral trends and emerging talent on the platform
  • Reaching out to talent and their representatives to send offers, negotiate rates and deal points, and to ensure the promotional success for activations/launches
  • Prioritizing administrative organization for the department, including keeping track of talent agreements, appearance release forms, and b-roll requests, keeping budget trackers up to date, and assisting w/ invoicing, as needed. Managing and tracking paperwork is a big part of the role, so strong organizational skills are imperative
  • Liaising with our internal legal team on talent agreements
  • Continually evolving and elevating the content approach based on best-performing approaches and client feedback
  • Participating in internal brainstorms, pitches, and client meetings
  • Closing each production cycle by compiling an engagement report recapping participation, production debriefing notes, general feedback and improvements relating to talent appearances


What we’d like you to bring:


  • 2+ years experience across Talent & Casting, specifically with influencers and content creators. Digital and branded content experience is preferred
  • Relationships and connections amongst social creators, personalities and influencers, as well existing client relationships with publicists, agents and managers
  • Detail-oriented self-starter attitude, who brings hands-on experience in digital media content development and production
  • A grasp of current viral trends and emerging talent
  • Content/Program/Campaign development experience particularly within a fast-paced team setting that took a concept from ideation to launch
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm and collected while working on fast-paced timelines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with relevant teams and stakeholders
  • High level of dedication and an infectious, positive personality


The annual salary range for this role is $65,000-$90,000, based on experience
