Post Production & Delivery

A24 is looking for 2 part-time interns to support the Post Production & Delivery team for the Fall 23/24 semester -- must be available 2 days a week, up to 15 hours with a October 2, 2023 start date. 

This role will be in person; 1 for our NYC office and 1 for our LA office.

Initial Responsibilities 

Post & Technical Delivery

• Compress EPK footage, handle transcriptions of EPK’s and trailers, distribute links as needed
• Pull clean clips for marketing use, trailers, TV spots and social assets
• Pull high res stills from ProRes files for print vendors
• Download, ingest and watermark various video files and documents
• Coordinate shipping and tracking deliveries
• Securely send out screeners
• Editor availability outreach

Archive Management

• Manage inventory of physical storage at designated storage locations
• Update inventories as assets get moved between facilities
• Reach out to labs for archival materials
• Log and organize film documents

Qualifications

• 1+ years in post-production environment, or relevant internship experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Shipping and Receiving 

Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00.
