Solutions Architect

Postman, the world's leading API platform, is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join their team. This role involves guiding customers on leveraging the platform to build APIs effectively in an API-first development culture.

Skills

Strong understanding of APIs and experience with producing and consuming APIs
Experience with modern development methodologies and DevOps
Comfortable with enterprise SaaS sales process and customer relationship management
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with developer tooling: IDEs, Git, CI/CD, monitoring services, microservices, containers, cloud computing services

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisors to consult, teach, and guide customers towards increased API lifecycle maturity
Help drive value and adoption of Postman by assisting customers to understand how the platform can solve their business and API-related needs
Build and nurture strong customer relationships with assigned accounts
Partner with Customer Success team to devise success plans for accounts
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive expansion opportunities
Guide customers along their API journey via education and technical consultation
Listen for and qualify customer feedback to support continuous improvement
Produce enablement resources to lead customers towards realizing the full value of the platform
Build solutions for customer problems that improve user experience
