Postscript is a high-growth startup redefining marketing for ecommerce companies, looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to attract and recruit top talent for technical roles.

Skills

5+ years experience as a full cycle technical recruiter at high growth tech companies
Experience in SaaS business model
Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting experience
Strong sourcing methods and tools
Desire to understand technology stack and collaborate with Technical Leadership

Responsibilities

Identify, attract and recruit qualified candidates for technical roles in line with company's strategic initiatives
Manage end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to accepted offers
Source top tier candidates through outbound efforts, job boards, and communities
Partner with hiring managers to define and launch roles, develop job descriptions, and interview plans
Manage candidate pipelines to meet business needs and optimize roles throughout the recruiting process
Document all aspects of assigned roles in the applicant tracking system
