Managing billions in media, our dynamic team––of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists––challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey. • We support 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S. A day in the life: The Senior Affiliate Strategist is responsible for being the lead on developing and driving strategy within this/her client roster. This person is responsible for affiliate marketing strategy and execution, coaching strategists and specialists through affiliate program launches and optimizations, and support in managing internal processes. Responsibilities: • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department • Deep and thoughtful storytelling of the 'why' in performance • Detailed and actionable planning and next steps to maintain strong performance or turn around poor performance • Effectively explain the incrementality of affiliate and impact of the channel to the client's wider business seamlessly • Out-of-the-box testing or campaign ideas shared across account teams and appraisals • Coach Specialist and Strategist level team members • Managing monthly paid placement budgets up to $25k and reporting on results • Tests and develops cross-channel strategies with relevant adjacent channels Role Requirements: • 3-4+ years experience in affiliate marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign management • 2 years+ agency experience required • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and experience working with affiliates such as: content partners/press sites, rewards sites, loyalty/cashback/deal sites • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten Advertising, Pepperjam, or similar • Expertise in affiliate best practices including: commission structures, tracking, partner optimization approaches, and forecasting • Experience managing paid placement budgets for affiliate • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • 90%+ Pacing to channel goal on accounts • Working on complex/large accounts (Top 100 accounts) • Established goals/targets for 100% of accounts • Always hits deadlines for monthly reporting, weekly reporting and other deliverables (requires no follow up) • Has no errors in work (grammar, spelling etc) with strong attention to detail/does not need AM or AD to review work Most Important Things (MITs) • Strategy, Planning, & Production On Larger/challenging Affiliate Partnerships Accounts • AM Challenging Affiliate Partnerships Accounts • Key Holder to Difficult Client Conversations Benefits & Perks: • Salary, Annual Executive Bonus & Equity (Executive only - remove for all others) • Base salary + commission opportunities • Robust Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans with up to 100% employer contribution towards employee monthly premium • 401(k) plan - 4% employer contribution matching • Unlimited Time Off available on day one • Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • 12 observed national holidays + 2 mental health recharge days per year • Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm • Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s) • Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance • Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives Power Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
