PR ASSISTANT, MEN'S

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Public Relations Assistant for the Men's Universe (RTW, Leathergoods, Shoes, Accessories) to support our PR team with sample trafficking, national and regional North American publications (print & online).

Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:

• Manages Launchmetrics Men's sample inventory under PR Manager's supervision
• Monitor all sample arrivals and departures to ensure no product is lost in the process
• Closely partners with PR Assistant of Analytics & Reporting and International Assistant in overseeing execution of daily tasks which include sample trafficking with international offices, showroom management & merchandising, DMR reporting, press recaps
• Executes all hard copy and electronic press kit mailings
• Maintains organized LVNA Photo & Press Kits Library and distributes all press materials to publications
• Supports brand image events and press image events and press days as needed

The ideal candidate will have experience in Communications, PR, or Advertisement or relevant fields of study. Digital savvy & tech friendly, and has a sophisticated understanding of technical abilities such as DMR, Cision, Lefty & Microsoft Programs (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) . Excellent interpersonal communication skills and can interact with all levels of management and employees. Very detail oriented and highly organized.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $23.00-27.00 per hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
