Position Overview:

As the Fulfillment Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of customer orders across all channels (DTC, Amazon, retail). Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing our fulfillment including DTC, third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations, as well as onboarding and managing relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the 3PL warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse efficiency and minimize order processing time.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet demand forecasts and prevent stockouts.
  • Onboard and manage relationships with retail partners, including coordinating order fulfillment, managing product allocations, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional activities and product launches.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and develop fulfillment team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fulfillment and retail operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment operations within the CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a 3PL warehouse, including experience with inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and manage relationships with retail partners, with a strong understanding of retail fulfillment processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Startup experience is a plus
