Data Analytics Manager - US Remote

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Manager to spearhead our analytics team and champion data-driven decision-making throughout the company. In this role, you will oversee the creation of advanced analytics solutions, deliver actionable insights, and maintain the highest standards of data quality and integrity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to harness data for enhanced business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and guide the analytics team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation.• Design and implement sophisticated analytics methodologies to inform strategic decisions.• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics projects align with organizational objectives.• Safeguard data quality and integrity through thorough testing and validation.• Manage the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key metrics.• Promote continuous improvement in analytics processes, keeping pace with industry advancements.• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.• Serve as a thought leader, promoting data-driven innovation within the organization.Qualifications:• Experience: 3-5+ years in leading senior analysts, prioritizing deliverables, and managing projects.• Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and Airflow.• Specialization: Expertise in customer reporting, data visualization, and ETL/ELT processes, with a focus on healthcare data.• Infrastructure Experience: Proficiency with DBT, Snowflake, and integrating analytics infrastructure.First-Year Priorities:• Improve customer-facing analytics dashboards to showcase the value SmarterDx provides.• Develop internal dashboards to optimize data utilization.• Explore data-driven opportunities and resolve identified challenges.• Expand and lead the analytics team.• Build the infrastructure to deliver data products as "Insights as a Service."Time Allocation (First Year):• 20% on analytics projects• 50% on team management• 15% on strategic initiatives• 15% on project managementOur Data Science Environment:• Databases: Snowflake (primary), DynamoDB• Cloud Platform: AWS (S3, MWAA, SageMaker)• Technologies: SQL, dbt, PythonApply for this job
