Associate - Legal and Compliance

As an Associate - Legal and Compliance at Pretium, you will manage compliance programs for SEC-registered investment advisers, including monitoring trade and expense allocations, overseeing regulatory filings like Form ADV and Form PF, and serving as a point of contact for various legal matters. To qualify for the Associate - Legal and Compliance role at Pretium, candidates should hold an undergraduate degree and have at least 4 years of experience in a compliance role at a registered investment adviser. A strong understanding of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is essential, and previous in-house experience is preferred. Additionally, strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
