Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Partnership Development Coordinator to develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the Washington, D.C. area, with the primary goal of generating referrals to our personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and medical relations, enabling them to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be based in the D.C. area to conduct in-person meetings, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. This is a part-time to full-time position depending on the candidate's preference.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Development: Establish and nurture relationships with medical professionals, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals, to facilitate collaboration and generate referrals to the firm’s personal injury services.
  • Networking: Attend local medical and legal events, conferences, and seminars to promote the firm’s services and expand the referral network.
  • Education & Training: Provide training and resources to medical professionals on the legal aspects of personal injury cases, enhancing their understanding of the process and the firm’s role.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all interactions and collaborations comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining the firm’s integrity and reputation.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in legal nurse consulting or medical sales are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical-legal liaison role, medical sales, or legal marketing, preferably within a personal injury law firm.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, and proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.


$30 - $35 an hour
