As a Price/Cost Analyst I, you'll evaluate statistical and proposal data to establish recommended cost and price objectives for proposal and Subcontracts/Procurement transactions with suppliers. You'll review supplier cost or pricing data submitted and all other factors provided by the supplier in support of their proposal in determination of RFP compliance, the coordination of a technical evaluation, assessment of FAR and Truth in Negotiations Act compliance, as well as the establishment of allowability and reasonableness of proposed costs, and the evaluation of proposed profit/fee.

This role is open to a hybrid schedule
Responsibilities:
Apply principles, theories and methods of cost estimation to complex Government acquisitions
Develop cost estimating relationships through the application of advanced statistical analysis techniques
Develop life-cycle cost estimates using a variety of methods (e.g. parametric, analogy, etc)
Must-haves:
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting and typically 0-2 or more years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Must possess project management skills including organizing, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones
Ability to collect and normalize data and design cost estimating methods and models
Experience leading life-cycle cost estimates for major system acquisitions
Ability to identify key cost and technical risk areas, and translate the risk areas into program cost impacts
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Proficient with the application of Monte Carlo simulation techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results to senior leadership
Ability to work independently and lead detail-oriented tasks

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $52,118.00 - $71,662.25. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
