SUMMARY OF POSITION:As the Office Assistant, you will be the face of the office. You will provide outstanding Customer service to all clients. You will handle general office duties, and you will be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls, and assist in schedule management.ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support the administrative needs of local management including scheduling meetings and appointments• Deliver superior service to all current and prospective clients• Communicate with clients by phone and email• Perform basic invoicing and billing tasks• Meet or exceed aggressive service level commitments• Use problem solving skills when faced with difficult situationsADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION REQUIREMENTS:• At least 1 years office experience• Above average typing and data-entry skills• Mastery of Microsoft Office products• High School or equivalent, some college preferred• Problem Solving skills• Excellent communication skills in EnglishInterested in this position?
