Shipping receiving associate

Scheduling trucks for pickups, filling out packing slips, doing transactions in a computer system, etc.The best candidate will have an upbeat, positive attitude. Prior work experience in a warehouse needed and forklift preferred.Essential Duties• Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization• Understand principles of stock location and arrangement of materials• Pick and pack items for outbound• Using RF scanners• Using logistical systems for shipping / receiving• Need to be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs consistently.• Folding boxes to be used for shipping• Packing and labeling items for shipping• Unload shipping containers of product inbound.• Prepare containers to be shipped per customer requirements.• Keep daily logs, inventory, and rotate stock.• Prepare shipping documents.• Segregate non-conforming material.• Load and unload trucks using forklift.• Perform receiving procedures.• Must support and follow the QMS requirements.Required Education and Experience• High school diploma or GED equivalent.• At least one-year previous warehouse experience• Some forklift familiarity required Shifts : Day Shift M-F 8am-4 : 30pm (some flexibility needed)Pay : Up to $20 / hr for well qualified candidatesApply Online : pridestaff.com / portlandwestCall : 971.371.4028Send your resume to : portlandwest@pridestaff.comSimply come by our office : Monday - Friday 10am to 3pm12600 SW Crescent Street STE 180, Beaverton, OR 97005PrideStaff Portland is a locally owned and operated Staffing Agency.
