POSITION SUMMARY
The Replenishment Buyer will analyze sell through and velocity of their assigned categories to make data driven decisions in the purchasing of replenishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Achieve global and regional category sales targets
-Achieve or exceed target gross margin for your categories
-Manage OTB
-Manage stock cover
-Manage markdowns for you category/department
-Protect inventory on Top Sellers at all times by working top down when selecting styles to forecast, taking into account seasonal builds and debuilds
-Negotiate discounts and best deliveries on reorders
-Enter purchase orders
-Review and report on selling
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR REPLENISHMENT BUYER:
-Within 30 days, you will start to become familiar with all Princess Polly systems, processes, and reports. In addition, you will meet cross functional counterparts and start to digest how your responsibilities interact, as well as begin to form relationships with vendors.
-Within 60 days you will become proficient in Princess Polly systems, processes, and reports to help solve problems and improve proficiencies.
-Within 90 days, you will take full ownership of department/category daily and monthly maintenance, and lead discussions and report sales on them.
-You will manage OTB, CSOH (Cost Sales on Hand), and WOC (Weeks of Cover) for your categories
-You will report on department performance and price analysis regularly-- the numbers tell a story!
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-4 years of experience as an Associate Buyer or above
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Shopify experience a plus)
-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- these will contribute to overall success in the role!
-Team player and ability to work collaboratively

Salary banding: 80-90k
