What We Need

NetBrain is looking to add a Principal Pre-Sales Network Architect in the CEO’s office. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder/CEO as well as perspective customers to lead the transformation of network operations through automation, leveraging our state of art automation platform. We’re looking for someone who has an exceptional hands-on and technical networking background (CCIE or JNCIE preferred) with a knack for communicating and simplifying highly technical concepts.

The Impact You’ll Make

Through this role, you will have a massive impact on the entire network industry by enabling automation as the default solution to all levels of network operation challenges, at scale. You will be leading a NetOps revolution in that no-code becomes the standard way to build automation. Additionally, you will be working with the world’s largest network and smartest network professionals every day. There will be no shortage of challenges and excitements when the largest IT challenges are gracefully solved by automation.

What You'll Do:

You will be the lead evangelist of automation value and our no-code automation approach in front of customers, industry peers and our internal engineering team
Achieve expert-level command of our uses cases and value proposition and help to convey that message to our largest and most complex potential customers
Perform deep analysis of customers' network environment by capturing requirements and IT management pain points and propose the most suitable solutions.
Train and enable our Pre-Sales Engineering and POC teams to become the next-level automation practitioners, with systematically designed courses and workshop.
Make recommendations on potential product improvements to the product development team according to customer feedback.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
Industry Network Certification such as CCIE or JNCIE is preferred
Great communication skills with enterprise selling experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering capacity
Professional Services experience preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Passion on applying automation to network operation challenges
