Principal Product Engineer-Missile Systems

Job Description:

Saab Inc., Land Systems is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Principal Product Engineer to be responsible for management of the missile systems engineering activities for the Ground Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB).

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the transition of missile and launcher production to the U.S. industrial base
• Interfacing with Swedish counterparts, industry experts, and senior Saab leadership

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required, a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10 years of experience with mechanical engineering, missiles development, DOD qualification processes, MILSTD requirements, and DOD engineering and program management offices.
• Active U.S. security clearance desired.
• International and domestic travel is required.
