Description:
As a Principal Product Manager at Unite Us, you will leverage your strong technical background, industry trends, data, and team input to drive the strategy and execution for the Platform Services domain – ensuring our core product is built with scale across areas such as access management, auditing, social care interoperability, and APIs. You'll maintain and support the development... of the Unite Us product roadmap, evangelize your product strategy internally and externally, and run a tight build-measure-learn development cycle. You'll partner closely with UI/UX, Engineering, Data Analytics, Product leadership, and other stakeholder teams to ensure the most impactful ideas are nurtured, validated, tested, executed, and iterated on.
What You'll Do:
• As a leader of the Platform Services product team, you will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and product definition, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and leadership
• Leverage market research, internal data, industry trends, and customer insights to craft the product strategy and proactively identify opportunities for innovation/differentiation
• Develop and execute Unite Us' multi-year strategy for social care access management, interoperability, and APIs
• Evangelize the product strategy, expertly communicating a compelling vision to technical and non-technical audiences alike
• Collaborate directly with third-party vendors and customers to prioritize, scope, and position new integrations
• Be the Subject Matter Expert and owner of our Platform Services domain
• Define and achieve inspiring OKRs for your domain that align with overall company goals
• Regularly prioritize, monitor, and track the progress of the team backlog and commitments against targets
• Collaborate with Product Operations to champion improvements to company-wide product processes and resources
• Serve as an expert within the Product team with regards to effective delivery and execution of complex features
• Represent your product area to executive leadership and translate company-wide strategies to your team and into your roadmap
• Influence roadmaps of abject product domain areas as it relates to your strategic initiatives
• Drive and actively participate in appropriate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, demos and retrospectives
• Present complex information and ideas through open, transparent communication to engender trust and ensure mutual understanding
• Identify and act against any roadblocks, always suggesting solutions to even the most complex issues
• Consistently demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and product proficiency, empowering others in their team to improve performance
• Partner with Product Marketing, Implementation, Support and Sales teams to ensure successful GTM strategy
What's Required:
• 8+ years experience as a Product Manager with consumer-facing and/or B2B products or related discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Think big; excellence in managing ambiguity, analytical capabilities, and thinking outside the box to deliver innovation with outsized business impact
• Experience with access management, healthcare/social care interoperability and/or API design
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development techniques
• Experience managing technical products in a SaaS environment
• Expertise in the healthcare/social care industry is highly desired
• Customer obsessed; Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations in all that you and your team do
• Excellent persuasion skills; Able to communicate and evangelize a compelling vision internally and externally
• Advocate for premier Product Management skills and processes

Environmental Job Requirements & Working Conditions:
• This position is remote, US Based
• Our target range for this position is $145-175k. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
