Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager who will own and drive the vision, product roadmap and evolution of core Reputation Management platform capabilities related to Reputation Score and Insights. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savviness, a strong strategic vision, and the leadership skills and drive to make that vision a reality. This role requires a candidate with the ability for “in-depth” conceptual thinking and enjoys working with data scientists, engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure design and implementation is aligned with product vision.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the vision, strategy and product roadmap for our best-in-class Insights platform at Reputation that helps businesses meaningfully engage with their customers and communities.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies while ensuring clear communication of strategy and progress to internal and external audiences.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor other Product Managers on the Insights team.
  • Conduct market research and interact with customers to understand their needs, get product feedback and identify additional market opportunities
  • Define business requirements, and use cases based on product strategy and research through vision documents and user stories
  • Partner with data science, engineering and design teams to ship new, impactful features through clear prioritization and communication.
  • Strike a good balance between immediate customer needs and long term product vision.
  • Facilitate roadmap discussions, articulate and present early product concepts to full launch plans to internal stakeholders, executive teams and customers.
  • Guide the Product Marketing team to identify target customers, develop differentiated product messages, articulate key benefits, and execute go-to-market plans
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ Years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years focus on UI/UX of data insights/analytics products
  • Proven track record of full lifecycle of product management. This includes both product strategy and execution, from gathering customer requirements to defining clear user stories, priorities, engineering delivery and go-to-market.
  • Highly data driven, with a passion for problem solving and ability to make sound tradeoffs.
  • Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural-born leader, able to inspire and advocate, internally and externally, with authority
  • Experience building ML based analytics products is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences), MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary).
