Job Summary
Reputation is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager who will own and drive the vision, product roadmap and evolution of core Reputation Management platform capabilities related to Social Media.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savviness, a strong strategic vision, and the leadership skills and drive to make that vision a reality. This role requires a candidate with the ability for “in-depth” conceptual thinking and enjoys working with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design and implementation is aligned with product vision.

Our SaaS-based Experience Management platform and patented Reputation Score helps marketers, operations and customer experience professionals improve their businesses by managing tens of millions of customer interactions across hundreds of thousands of customer touch points.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the vision, strategy and product roadmap for our best-in-class Social Listening and Social Publishing platforms at Reputation that helps businesses meaningfully engage with their customers and communities.
  • Conduct market research and interact with customers to understand their needs, get product feedback, and identify additional market opportunities
  • Lead, manage, and mentor other Product Managers on the Social team.
  • Create and own the product roadmap, accountable to C-level leaders, company board of directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Define business requirements, and use cases based on product strategy and research through vision documents and user stories
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to ship new, impactful features through clear prioritization and communication.
  • Evangelize the product vision with effective and powerful communication.
  • Create and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (roadmaps, user stories, designs).
  • Strike a good balance between immediate customer needs and long-term product vision.
  • Facilitate roadmap discussions, articulate, and present early product concepts to full launch plans to internal stakeholders, executive teams and customers.
  • Guide the Product Marketing team to identify target customers, develop differentiated product messages, articulate key benefits, and execute go-to-market plans
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ Years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years focus on Social Media SaaS solutions.
  • Strong domain expertise as it relates to Social Media apps and how businesses and their customers engage with them.
  • Proven track record of full lifecycle of product management. This includes both product strategy and execution, from gathering customer requirements to defining clear user stories, priorities, engineering delivery and go-to-market.
  • Highly data driven, with a passion for problem solving and ability to make sound tradeoffs.
  • Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural-born leader, able to inspire and advocate, internally and externally, with authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences), MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary).
