We are seeking a strategic thinker and innovator to serve as our Principal Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies that optimize lead generation, prospecting efficiency, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate closely with RevOps, Data, and Product teams to leverage data-driven insights and technology to identify, target, and convert high-value leads into long-term customers. Your expertise will influence the trajectory of our company, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and drive the lead strategy, prospecting systems, and data roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Data, and Product teams to define and implement streamlined lead generation processes.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for enhanced lead targeting.
  • Design and optimize lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential prospects for effective engagement.
  • Partner with Product teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements and offerings.
  • Drive the integration and optimization of prospecting tools, CRM systems, and data platforms.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.


Qualifications 


  • 5+ years of experience in strategic roles, preferably in lead generation, RevOps, or related areas.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at translating data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, prospecting tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Cash compensation range: 138500-221600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
