RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the practice in defining, innovating, productizing, and driving the sales of Workforce Enablement service offerings/solutions
Define EPAM’s go to market value proposition for solutions, including interfacing with other senior leadership to craft other related offerings
Lead client engagements in scoping, planning, selecting, designing, developing, delivering, and optimizing offerings that map a customer’s vision & requirements to solutions
Engage with clients to understand their visions of the proposed initiative and determine gaps that need to be addressed
Apply the business models, monetization strategies, and market trends to solve customer challenges
Lead business development and demand generation activities
Demonstrate superior storytelling, presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
Lead, model and support the continued evolution of differentiated Workforce Enablement methods, tools, and approaches
Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals
Create project resource plans and cost estimations
Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges and how they affect clients’ business and initiatives
Shape digital CX solutions and properly scope / price engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
Develop effective relationships with clients as well as key internal executives, BU heads, Account Managers, Solution SME’s, Sales, and Delivery Leaders to maximize growth
May require up to 15% travel
REQUIREMENTS
15+ years of demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end Workforce Enablement solutions
8+ years of people management experience, including direct and project reports
Credentials in Talent, Learning and Development, Human Performance Technology, or a related discipline
Proven expertise standing up, innovating, and managing a workforce-centered consulting practice, business unit, or company
Exceptional ability to communicate new offerings and services in presentations, web, battlecards, articles, blogs, etc
Ability to operate at a strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team
Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics for multiple concurrent teams, client projects, and internal initiatives
Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion
Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Workday, SAP, Digital Adoption Platforms, and Market Leading LMS

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $175k - $190k.
