What you’ll achieve
We are currently seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer based in the United States to join our global team. This individual will join the Privileged Account Management Services team in the Identity and Access Management organization supporting Dell’s Global Chief Security Officer. The chosen candidate must have experience designing, supporting & managing IAM technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment.
You will:
Collaborate with Cybersecurity Architecture team to develop IAM/PAM roadmaps and drive delivery
Act as a subject matter expert and local liaison; contributes directly to the development of IAM strategy, policy, standards, and procedures
Partner with senior management inside and outside of the organization
Advise key members on the latest practices, and/or technologies and their practical application

Essential Requirements
Experience with Privileged Access Management platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Centrify)
Experience with Credential/Secrets Management solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Hashicorp)
Experience developing scripts using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
Expert in Privileged Access Management concepts, process, and controls
Working knowledge of authentication and authorization capabilities for operating systems and applications as well as working knowledge of security protocols such as RADIUS, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, etc.
Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, G-Suite) and Experience with Cloud Identity Management platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta)
Desirable Requirements
Understanding of Cybersecurity architecture and associated technologies with a focus on Identity and Access Management solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations to Cybersecurity leadership and business stakeholders
