Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or its equivalent.

Location: Glastonbury, CT

Job Duties:
Prepare project requirements, plans, analyses, methods, documents, reports and reviews for stakeholders as appropriate.
Identifying issues, structuring and executing analysis and development of actionable recommendations.
Collaborating with, leading and influencing various teams and stakeholders across the project (Developers, Testers, BA’s), functional areas and customers to identify, document and implement various process improvements throughout the project timeline.
Defines resource requirements and assemble project teams and roles.
Ensures project quality, schedule, budgets and deliverables met agreed upon expectations.
Drive and manage project and product development processes throughout the lifecycle.
Evaluates current business practices and find way to improve productivity, reduce costs, and make the best use of the business resources.
Implements Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, Scaled Agile – SAFe) to design and implement process efficiencies.
Update and maintain the internal database which houses all new ideas brought to the organization and catalog any information generated about the idea during development.
Monitors the effectiveness of enterprise processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
Aggregate ideas generated within GSS InfoTech or presented to GSS InfoTech by third parties, and act as secondary contact for newly proposed projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders (project team, functional areas, customers, leadership) to prioritize and select projects to participate in the Gate reviews (which includes activities around the overall project delivery, design, costs, schedule and customer assessments).
Train project stakeholders on preparation for gate reviews (topics include: review guidelines/ expectations, presentation content and format, appropriate level of detail / burden of proof, available resources, best practices and example presentations).
Collecting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives.

Travel Required: Required travel/relocation throughout the U.S.
