Processing Sanitation Team Member

Short & Sweet: Sanitation operators are responsible for cleaning the processing department 2-3 nights a week. The others nights are production nights, where operators will rotate every 30 minutes between 7-8 different stations assisting in the shredding, quality checking, and packaging of the cheese.

Schedule: Currently working 5 days a week, 8 1/2 hour shifts - Transitioning to 12 HOUR SHIFTS (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM - 2,2,3 schedule)

• This position works most weekends and holidays

General Outline of Duties:

• Lockout/Tagout the equipment properly and disassemble all processing equipment
• Rinse, foam, scrub, and rinse again all processing equipment properly
• Sanitize and reassemble all processing equipment properly

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results
• Must have a mechanical aptitude and be able to read
• Must be able to lift 46lbs. from floor to shoulder (0" - 58") daily
• Must be able to climb stairs hourly
• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to supprt 24/7/365 operation (holiday's & weekend's required)
• Must be able to effectiely communicate verbally and in writing

Preferred

• Prior food industry experience
