Procore’s Industry Insights Team is looking for an Industry Transformation Director APAC to expand our global presence, thought leadership and strategy. This role will be responsible for driving business growth within the APAC region. They will work with some of our most global and strategic accounts as they navigate the ever changing construction challenges through digital transformation.
As a Director Industry Transformation, you will develop multi-threaded regional thought leadership campaigns in partnership with global industry strategy, strategic account marketing and sales.
This role requires deep and extensive industry knowledge gained from a significant amount of experience working in all aspects of construction as well as experience with current and developing technologies and processes. This role will work closely with Procore’s Revenue Team to achieve revenue and backlog targets, and shape regional GTM processes.
This is a strategic role as Procore continues to grow into larger global accounts and geographies.
This role can be remote, reporting into the VP Industry Insights.
What you’ll do:
Work across product, corporate strategy, sales and marketing to help develop unique insights into the issues that are top of mind for customers and prospects both in APAC and Globally
Expand Procore’s brand awareness at the executive level in the APAC region
Share this expertise internally by participating in strategic projects as well as building industry insights for our teams
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and identify growth projects
Leverage partners, events and our existing network to establish Procore as a Thought Leader and to build a network of new customer contacts to engage
Partner with industry associations to moderate roundtables, host panel discussions, and develop thought leadership content around top of funnel industry challenges
Develop strategy with APAC Account Teams to drive customer engagement and references
Build bench of industry leaders willing to do co-marketing with Procore
On site customer or prospect visits and executive briefings with customers
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in any discipline of Engineering (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical), Construction/Building Sciences, or relevant equivalent experience
15+ years experience in senior/executive management in the Construction Industry
Deep understanding of the full lifecycle of the construction lifecycle from many different perspectives.
Excellence in communication skills both written and oral especially
Name recognition in the industry preferable but not a requirement
Comfortable in public speaking engagements
