Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description: Procter & Gamble is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience... Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat response times and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat transcripts for quality assurance and provide feedback and coaching to agents as needed. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve the chat experience. 7. Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the chat platform. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in managing online customer service channels, specifically live chat. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities. 5. Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat software platforms. Benefits: 1. Retirement plan 2.
