Job Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and procurement of goods, equipment or services for Property Services unit
- Responsible for supplier management and procurement in the unit
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, processes and procedures
- Support initiatives related to procurement, contract management, Finance & Administration
2. Project management for projects and initiatives for the unit
- Support project team to prepare project quotation, budget, tender documents, etc.
- Participate in the evaluation of bids and conduct negotiations to ensure best offer
- Prepare recommendation reports for approval and award the bids in consultation with users
3. Support administrative duties
- Ensure proper organization and administration of contract documents, and other paperwork
- Facilitate processing of purchase orders, invoices, etc. via PO system in compliance with prevailing governance, and prepare financial reports where necessary
- Support system enhancements and implementation
- Facilitate risk assessments policies and procedures of the unit
4. Administer, monitor and co-ordinate maintenance / service contract renewals for the unit
- Work with suppliers/contractors to manage renewals of respective maintenance contracts for the unit
- Deal with internal and external stakeholders to manage and update contract agreements and records in accordance with bank policies and guidelines
5. Other adhoc duties assigned
