In this critical role, you will serve as a key player in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our AI-driven solutions and achieve their desired outcomes. Your deep understanding of the government contracting industry and your ability to craft compelling, compliant, and winning proposals will be crucial to building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.Key Responsibilities:• Write and refine AI-generated proposals, ensuring they are compliant with RFP requirements and tailored to client needs.• Conduct thorough reviews of RFPs to identify key requirements and develop strategic response plans.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality standards in all proposal documents.• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize our proposal generation platform.• Analyze client data and feedback to continuously improve proposal content and strategies.• Contribute to the development of proposal writing best practices, methodologies, and documentation.• Serve as an advocate for our clients, providing feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and innovations.Required Experience:• Proven experience in a proposal writing or similar role, preferably in the government contracting or procurement-related B2B SaaS space.• Deep understanding of the government contracting industry, with experience in roles such as Proposal Writer, Proposal Manager, Solutions Architect, BD Analyst, Capture Manager, or similar related background.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex customer pain points.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.Desired Experience:• Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs) and their applications in the government contracting sector.• Proven track record of writing successful proposals in a B2B SaaS environment.• Relevant certifications, such as APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or similar.Requirements:• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.Compensation and Benefits:• Competitive salary with stock options in a rapidly growing, venture-backed company.• Comprehensive health plan, ensuring you and your loved ones are well taken care of.• Flexible work arrangements, including full remote work capabilities, to balance your professional and personal life.• Extensive professional development opportunities, providing a fast track for career advancement.Notice: Background Check RequiredAs part of our employment process, a background check is required.
