You are a person with a knack for building relationships and crushing quotas, and you’re motivated by helping our customers achieve the best version of themselves.
Everyone at Procurify is a team player. This role will be primarily responsible for outbound activity associated with pipeline generation; including but not limited to identifying, qualifying and converting target prospects into pipeline opportunities. You will be joining a team of high performers and entrepreneurial people who are willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to larger strategic objectives.
Research and prospect into target organizations with the goal of generating interest and booking meetings with your paired Account Executive.
Drive outbound prospecting efforts through the use of industry-leading prospecting software tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and several others.
Engage potential clients through diverse outbound methods including cold calling, personalized emailing, LinkedIn messaging, social selling, and new innovative outreach strategies.
Run prospect calls to assess and qualify potential leads.
KPIs include sales qualified leads, pipeline, connect-to-booked meetings rate, win rates, prospecting activity, and prospecting effectiveness.
Keep up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market.
6-12+ months of applicable sales experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and research. Preference given to those who demonstrate a successful track record as a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing goals.
Highly motivated individual who is driven to hit and exceed quotas and demonstrates persistence.
Strategic thinker and problem solver with a solutions-first and adaptable mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on overcoming objections and making recommendations to potential buyers
Comfortable to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using BDR prospecting and insights software such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
Tech experience or proven success in a fast-paced environment.

On Target Earnings Range: $70,000 - $80,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience, with a component of these earnings made up of variable pay and not inclusive of any benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
