Pros

These are strong reasons that still keep me here: - Work life balance (4 day work weeks) with good health/wellness benefits - Personal values align with the CEO's + it's refreshing hearing from Aman. A really good leader to work for. - Great coworkers (fun, really smart, down to earth/chill people, no egos) - Sustainable growth (no mass RIFs/layoffs so far and steady revenue growth YoY) - Lots of opportunities to take initiative and to make an impact

Cons

- Rolling out new features and processes are a mess. Complete lack of alignment between Product + GTM. Makes for an incredibly bad customer experience. I've never seen it this bad at any tech company I've worked at before. There is a big shift happening right now (for the better) so these are still growing pains, but makes it difficult to know what to expect and what to communicate with clients. - Constant pricing changes for our clients and now talks of gatekeeping certain features - Below market value pay
