We’re looking for a seasoned Data Developer - Data Engineering to help shape and scale the future of our data infrastructure. In this role, you’ll drive the design and development of a robust, high-performing data platform that powers analytics, machine learning, and core product experiences. You’ll bring deep expertise in building efficient, maintainable data pipelines and systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, accessible data solutions. Your Impact

• Drive the design and development of a scalable, performable and maintainable data platform that supports analytics, ML and product use cases

• Lead the adoption of engineering best practices that help drive consistency, scalability and high developer velocity

• Design and maintain a robust data warehouse that ensures high levels of observability, discoverability, and data quality.

• Develop and maintain modular, testable and version controlled data pipelines

• Play a key role in scaling data pipelines and infrastructure components to empower Data Scientists with reliable, accessible, and performant data for business insight generation.

• Collaborate effectively with internal and cross-departmental stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, performance data solutions

• Champion platform observability and build internal tooling to streamline workflows for our partners

About You

• Extensive experience in driving data platform success in fast-paced projects with high data complexity

• Passionate about building efficient ETL pipelines using tools like Databricks, Spark, dbt and Airflow; confident in SQL and Python

• You value robust CI/CD practices and know how to implement automated testing, deployment, and monitoring for data pipelines.  

• Comfortable supporting infrastructure and deployment processes, including packaging data pipelines with Docker and orchestrating them with Kubernetes.

• Excited by the challenges that come with a rapidly growing and scaling company, and have thrived in this kind of environment

• A strong contributor, with the ability to communicate effectively and help drive strong execution and delivery.

• Coaching and mentorship is your passion - you thrive on seeing your team members grow and develop personally and professionally

• An excellent communicator with experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions to business outcomes

• Not afraid to stretch yourself outside of your comfort zone to take on new challenges, and have a love for continuous learning. Not afraid to experiment, iterate and learn
